for XP1000 it seems, it works
opkg install autofs
then add into file /etc/auto.master
line for my directory, where it will be mounted:
/media/synology /etc/auto.synology
then create file auto.synology there in /etc with lines:
video1 -fstype=cifs,username=dream,password=dreambox,noatime,noserverino,iocharset=utf8,sec=ntlmv2 ://192.168.1.99/video
music1 -fstype=cifs,username=dream,password=dreambox,noatime,noserverino,iocharset=utf8,sec=ntlmv2 ://192.168.1.99/music
video2 -fstype=cifs,username=dream,password=dreambox,noatime,noserverino,iocharset=utf8,sec=ntlmv2 ://192.168.1.199/video
then restart autofs ( little bug - autofs restart did not works, must be used stop/start):
/etc/init.d/autofs stop
/etc/init.d/autofs start
and there in /media/synology are directories:
music1
video1
video2
and - it seems, when are this server unused - hdd's are in hibernation still.
EDIT: same for DM800SE. There must be installed kernel-module-autofs4 too.
