Hello Willy,

Ok.

I've done a rescan, I erased the EPG data base but it's the same thing, I've not any EPG for France 3 TNT and I didn't say you that I haven't the standard 2 first lines. No EPG for France Ô TNT also but I'm not annoyed, I can get it on Csat.

A few months ago, I asked you if it was possible to have the Motors TV EPG in small letters because it's not easy to read in capital letters and now it's good but I think it's not the same source.

Good day Willy :) .

What are the service refs for both of these channels after you have rescanned them?

Motors TV uses a different source now, since the homepage created some problems. The schedle should be the same though. Although it does not have the details.

If I write a new grabber definition for the homepage I could revert to that. But I have other cats to whip now.

This is wrong:

1:0:1:105:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0:

1:0:1:112:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0:

Could you check the service ref pls.

Hello Willy,

As I can still see these channels in my favorites, I think there were no modifications and these are the same frequencies I gave you a few days ago. They are the same the one you give but I shall verify this evening.

France 3 (TNT)        1:0:1:112:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0::Fr:
France Ô (TNT)       1:0:1:105:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0::Fr:

Good day Willy.

Jean-Louis

A normal service ref looks like this:

1:0:1:1AF8:3FE:1:C00000:0:0:0:

Start is 1:0:

then 1 ,16 or 19 (MPEG2, MPEG4 or HD)

then 3 numbers: AF8:3FE:1: PID:SID:and something I forgot the name

then a number: C00000 the namespace (sat or DVB-T or Cabe)

the closing three numbesr:  0:0:0:

France 3 and France Ô are missing a number

Sorry Willy, I've red the figures as for Csat. Effectively, there is another number between the two 3 numbers (and there is Fr at the end, you can see that in the joined files) :

France 3 (TNT)        1:0:1:112:1:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0::Fr:
France Ô (TNT)       1:0:1:105:1:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0::Fr:

Don't know how many of those were already mentioned, but here I go:

I noticed that probably since the CSAT update the following CSAT channel ref's don't have any EPG anymore on my receiver:

CANAL+ SPORT HD

1_0_19_2264_438_1_C00000_0_0_0

CANAL+ CINEMA HD

1_0_19_2277_438_1_C00000_0_0_0

beIN SPORT1 HD

1_0_19_189D_3F4_1_C00000_0_0_0

CANAL+ FAMILY HD

1_0_19_2279_438_1_C00000_0_0_0

CANAL+ HD

1_0_19_2275_438_1_C00000_0_0_0

1_0_19_227F_438_1_C00000_0_0_0

FRANCE 3

1_0_1_2024_430_1_C00000_0_0_0

CINE+ PREMIER HD

1_0_19_2284_438_1_C00000_0_0_0

beIN SPORT2 HD

1_0_19_189E_3F4_1_C00000_0_0_0

13EME RUE HD

1_0_19_19DD_444_1_C00000_0_0_0

DISNEY HD

1_0_19_234C_442_1_C00000_0_0_0

DISNEY MAGIC HD

1_0_19_24F6_43C_1_C00000_0_0_0

DISNEY XD HD

1_0_19_24F5_43C_1_C00000_0_0_0

EUROSPORT HD

1_0_19_2349_442_1_C00000_0_0_0

And please remove the following MTV Live HD channel ref's from the french pack. CSAT replaced this channel with other MTV HD channels (Pop, Idol etc.):

1_0_19_6FB8_42C_1_C00000_0_0_0

1_0_19_6FB9_42C_1_C00000_0_0_0 (looks like that one wasn't in the list anyways)

I hope my info is correct. I made sure to delete both the crossepg files and the epg.dat.

Thanks.

OK.

MTVliveHD is included in a bunch of european packages - all with the same reference.

Is this then changed for all of them?

Cold you point out a good schedule?

Thanks in advance.

Willy

Hello Gredos,

I don't know if Willy have made the modifications this night but as I wrote it upper in the post, every channel have often several lines and it's possible to choose another line which have an EPG. This morning, I've done a check and I can see, except for Bein (I forgot it), all these channels have a line which have an EPG ;) .

Gredo, what receiver do you use? And which cam? Because I thought it wasn't possible any more to access HD channels with Csat.

Willy, it's good for France Ô TNT but no EPG for France 3 TNT even if it's not dramatic for me ;) .

@doglover:

It concerns only the french pack, since only CSAT had the (dumb) idea to get rid of MTV Live HD. French viewers aren't happy.

Sorry, can't help you with a schedule. I am downloading the MTV Live HD epg with the CrossEPG MHW2 Digital+ Spain pack.

@sjlouis:

Hello sjlouis.

Of course I know that every CSAT channel has several channel ref's (lines as you wrote) and that other ref's do have EPG, but it doesn't hurt to have it for all of them IMO.

As for my receiver, it's a Dreambox. I have a 039 Viaccess card, so I don't have the HD channels thanks to the new protection that Csat enabled. But that doesn't stop me from checking which of the HD channels has EPG and which not. ;) Hopefully, a solution for the HD channels will be found soon.

Another man explain me that are not other channels, there are the same, there is only a small difference, which is logic : I shall not understand Canal Sat use several frequencies for every channel.

I'm not sure but I think it takes time to Willy to refresh all the "frequencies", so I prefer to seek if there are lines with EPG ;) .

And thank you Willy.

Sorry Willy, I haven't any EPG for France 3 TNT this morning. I haven't enough time to erase EPG data base and launch again EPGImport but I don't think it's the problem.

As I said you, it's not dramatic, we can consult it on other channels ;) .

France 3:

The references included are:

1:0:1:2010:430:1:C00000:0:0:0:

1:0:1:2010:430:1:FFFF010A:0:0:0:

The only difference here is the Namespace: C00000 and FFFF010A

Now this is a problem in Crossepg Crossepg does not handle the namespace correcty.

If you import with the XMLTV importer this would not be a problem.

The other do not have epg on my box either. So I have correct these.
