I do not see any wifi fixes in your merge request, only a driver update (and the drivers cannot possibly have an effect on wifi).
So it looks like somebody without any technical knowledge made up some fantasy changelog.

You have reverted the reverted patch?

Littlesat had only commited one part of my patch. He couldn't commit the other part, because it for another git. So if you want to compile my stuff go to the other thread and apply the second patch locally to your working directory. That works fine.

Or use Persian prince patch or wait some days ...
I can post tomorrow a fully working patch file here.
