Today's update of the 10K gave me an updated OpenWebIf, but no python-ipaddress. So I can confirm the issue. I assume the OpenWebIf is pinned to some commit hash, or is looking at the wrong branch or something.
I'm on the move, so I can't check.

in the build logs I see python-ipaddress is build so at least it should be there as a installable package.
So if you think this is needed, you might try installing it with opkg as a workaround.

I added the package itself to OE a few days ago, that is not the problem.
The problem is that in OpenWebIf it is added as a dependency, but our recipe doesn't pick up that change. Or perhaps we even use our own recipe?
