Are you familiar with the expression "short fuse"?

I am not.

So  according to http://www.thefreedi....com/short fuse means "A quick temper." right?

Yes Persian Prince has a passion sending new updates! ;)

@Persian Prince, if your team (or you) ever publish (all) your sources on Github i would like to count your revert commits :P

I know that OpenPLi is the best Enigma2 image, simply because everything is checked again and again before committed.

Reverting commits because of not enough testing most of the time simply makes users angry with software (just count the problems and threads mentioning glib issue that had to be revert).

what it has to do with patience ? ;)

i give you some patches with short info about each commit , it's up to you that you wanna spend some time for reading them or simply ignore them and probably do it some other time with spending more time ;)

any way we don't use your OE or OE Alliance so when we do something in public gits it's for contribution not for ourselves ;)

I can only agree that Persian Prince is willing at least trying to give us commit requests... And that is very apreciated. Not everyone/tream is doing this.....

we have our own git on github for some stuff like skins but we're using our version of OE locally , it's not online and not readable for you because i won't commit a thing i'm working on it like my HDD ;)

the problem is when i wanna send a patch for PLi's OE or enigma2 i should change some parts regarding their changes

i disagree with your opinion about reverts , for example OE Alliance is full of reverts but also full of extra features

it's normal for a git with too many members to have more reverts

i'm not a fan of OE Alliance and we're not gonne be an official member of it never and ever because it's a mess in my opinion (and you can disagree with me too as we're live in a free world) but i'm willing to contribute to it

Maybe have a better look: noway there's a lot of reverts.

And indeed: it's not difficult to disagree with you there. Maybe have a proper look at how things work and work out?

The main goal is to share, share ideas, share improvements, share code (and free our minds).

The bad, is that more and more people/teams dislike to share (or they make restrictive licenses).

@Persian Prince, as long as you keep changes for you (and i don't mean drivers updates made by manufactures) there is no progress right?

Open your code and if there are things worth, without license problems, then soon or late they will find their way to OpenPLi or OE-Alliance public repos.

maybe our main goal is different , we enjoy what we do

we're releasing PE images + our new born android 4 app : https://play.google....ros.mammadalius for our Persian users i mean for our people

we shared so many things in https://github.com/OpenAZBox as they're using github and after my hard work you could see AZBox in OE Alliance and that's a good thing because ATV team is doing wonderful things for it and i appreciate their hard work

when you wanna share something you should enjoy it , even a girl would share a kiss if she likes it

simply i don't like sourceforge , let me know when PLi stated to use github and see what i will do for them ;)

That is your assumption. And your assumption is wrong. All of your patches are read an evaluated. You just don't realise that that takes time when you have a team where several people have resonsibilities and where people have a daytime job.

There are only a few parameters that need to be known and added.

We don't offer downloads from the sf page, so this is no concern in our case
