hhmm i think it's possible for opkg but for streaming i'm not sure

If your PC is an anchor, then the whole of your traffic should go via DynDNS proxy, if I remember correctly (being an IT lay person)... 
But finding such a (really good) free service is a nightmare, from what little time I spent playing with it. Expat shield works on a PC but for E2.... Hmmm... sadly...
