May I suggest to stop the word war, I rather see people combine each other strong points than trying to pin big labels on flaws.

I'm sure you all have lots of experience with what you are recommending ;)

 

Let me put it in simple words - FE is a fine plugin and machtron did a good job in creating it. It even contains some code which would make it run on PLi, but as he probably never tested it there are some minor changes missing. Fixing them is easy as I already pointed out - including hinting on the place where to start.

 

I could do it and probably other could do it even better and in half the time.

 

But as fixing it would not solve the problems it has I decided not to do it (besides that mechatron would probably not touch my code and vice versa) and try to do better and give only advice on the mssing items. If you dislike my advice, regard this only as critics and are not interested in a better solution this is OK for me.
