Hi.

I have an DVBSky S960 USB S2 Device which i want to use with my Xtrend ET-4000 running OpenPli. I use OpenPli 3.0 20121010 with old Kernel. 3.4.3.

The S960 use this hardware components/chips: DW2102, M88DS3103 and M88TS2022. For a better look on the Hardware see: http://www.linuxtv.o...php/DVBSKY_S960

The Maker of the device offers linux drivers:

The BST121102 driver is for Kernel 3.4.4 and i guess it should work on Kernel 3.4.3 too. But how do i compile them (the kernel modules) for OpenPli with Kernel 3.4.3. Copying the firmware to /lib/firmware should be easy.

The driver is based on V4L-DVB Device Drivers from http://linuxtv.org
