Hello to all!!! 
I wanted to ask if there is a plugin that I automatically update the settings using OpenPLi 3 of dm7020hd.
I currently use the Vhannibal for Hotbird (13E) + dtt milano placing them with dremboxedit.

You should try iSettings®E2 plugin. This gem do exactly what you want, only I don't know about OpenPLI 3, I'm using it on OpenPLI 2.1. You can download it from TSpanel
