New release with a lot of new features.

- We get a sync from the videodecoder now 
, Delay problem 100% fixed (thanks to mamba), (for some people who have a little delay, it comes from de hdmi to tv buffer, to fix this use the force delay function)
- There is a problem with the blackbar detection, i will fix this soon as possible.
- Set scanmargin (scan only 10% or more from screen)
- Daemon and client optimized for better cpu usage
- cleaned code.
- Dualcore can do 20-30 fps or more
- Set sizedown image
- Fixed, live update dynamic to static wasn't working.
- Fixed, Force delay wasn't working.
- Added, option to use the new coming (august 2013) app for android BobControl (Change light settings and more live on your android phone)
- Fixed sedu(rate) in configcreator
- Added, Exit from adjustscreen
- Greenscreen fix, creator bug for some devices.
