I'm trying to create a Plex (http://plexapp.com) scanner for Enigma2 files as created on my Vu+ Duo.  I've had a look at the .eit file, which contains the information about the recording in the .ts file, but it is not a simple text file, and googling does not seem to find me a description of some sort either.  Is there anyone here who can point me towards a file structure of the .eit file?  Plex scanners are written in python too, so if there is code already that I can re-use, all the better...

Ha!  Found https://github.com/b...ncedMovieCenter and most notably https://github.com/b...c/EitSupport.py which contains enough of .eit parsing that I can access the recording description...  Nice one!

In case anyone is interested, I've put my (well, some of it is mine) code and description over on the Plex forums: http://forums.plexap...files/?p=404807

If anyone is looking for a Plex Scanner and Agent, that's where it will be :)
