Hi,

I have dm500hd original with a openpli 4, i am trying to download a n Iptvlisupdater from the tspanel, i get an error dependency problems.

I just tried to install the updater, latest version from github on Et9x00 with Openpli 4.0.

Installation worked without errors Plugin is running and adding iptv bouquets, but no channel works, just black screen or on some channels Enigma message:"timeout reading PAT"

Did I miss something ?

OK, just realized one channel is working in the german list "sky bundesliga 1" all others not working - Servers down ?

then Pli have a Problem.

 

i tested on my Gigablue QUAD some Channels:

- Sky Bundesliga 1

- 3 PLUS

- 3sat

- ALex TV

- Alex-Berlin

- ARD

- arte HD

 

the most Channels are working!!!

 

You must wait some sec!!! Or Change FW to openATV... there the channels work to!

Possible. Nobody ever said that an OpenPLi image is always stable. It's a nightly, automatically generated image, no matter what the state of the codebase. So it's your choice to update daily.

 

I think it may have something to do with the work currently done on bringing the antique gstreamer currently used in the image into the 21st century. Which is a work in progress at the moment.

OK I did an update on Saturday and itlooks better now, I checked the channels you mentioned and most of them are working.

Adult channels are nearly all working !!!! - But the important once like BBC, ch five and ch four are not working - They do work with Mediaportal plugin in Filmon package, but in poor quality, only.

 

Anyway it's a great plugin and a lot channels are working great - Thanx for all the work done sofar and thanx for your support.

Let's hope the number of HD-channels will increase in future - This of course has nothing to do with the superb plugin itself !

It works on openpli4.

 

First install:

librtmp1_2.4+git493+d0b3ae9-r4_mips32el.ipk

-udpxy_0.23+git83+e8219e1-r0_mips32el.ipk

-python-textutils_2.7.2-r8.17_mips32el.ipk

-gst-plugins-bad-rtmp_0.10.23.1+git12245+fb0d870-r3_mips32el.ipk

-curl_7.24.0-r0_mips32el.ipk

copy this files to:

/tmp

and install by telnet

opkg install /tmp/*.ipk

enter

 

reboot  and then

 

copy the plugin to /tmp and install it by telnet: opkg install /tmp/*.ipk

I tried that but it didn't work.

 

I appreciate that this is opensource and free...but it's strange that on other images it works "out of the box"

 

I've tried almost all images for my ET9200 and I think OpenPLI is the most stable...but lacks "out of the box features of other images"

 

I'll probably go back to HDFreaks...thanks for your help.
