No it was doing this before the build server crash.

I got this issue (described above on the 800hd with a Hauppauge Nova DVB-T Stick) on 6 may builds allready before my last one on 25 april is fine, on 7 may Pli server did crash.

It (tha bug) did happen with the commits from 2 may arround that time frame http://sourceforge.n...da75/log/?path=

Also another issue did appear to me in that time frame, streaming results in a crash/reboot.

I have to stay on e2 25 April..

is it possibile to go back to april builds without flashing full image but using some opkg features?

Thanks

This is part of the code (and package) of enigma2. In theory you could install an other version of enigma2, but most of the changes take place in enigma2, so you'd effectively go back in time anyway.

Update of 17.06.2013 no change
dvb-t tuners crashed
after restart enigma again starts working dvb-t tuners

I updated my ET9200 with 2013/06/16 and I started having the same behaviour on my receiver:

- After switching to a DVB-S2 tuner, when I try to use again a USB DVB-T dongle (RTL 2832u) the box becomes unresponsive. It's needed to switch off or telnet and issue a reboot command. After this, DVB-T works again, but If I switch to DVB-S the same behaviour repeats when trying using the usb DVB-T.

As I always do a complete backup before any update, using the et9x00 backup made before installing 2013/06/16 still works fine.

The same problem here with dm800se and a Hauppauge Nova DVB-T Stick  - is there any fix?

The May 6th build was working fine on my DM800HD with NOVA-T so I went back to running that image.

Maybe you have a look at https://twitter.com/openpli or http://sourceforge.n...ci/master/tree/ first, before you do a update.

Nothing changed which is related to your problem the last days, so updating won't fix your problem.

HappySat already mentioned some dates where the problem started, so it must me possible to track the commit which broke dvb-t.

I think the problem is in the enigma2 commits of 2013-05-02.

I've just read the entire thread again, and it does not contain a clear description of the problem, and what needs to be done to reproduce it.
Is it related to IPTV at all?
Or is it some general vtuner issue?

It mostly happens when you watch iptv and then zap to a channel from the usb dvb-t tuner.

First time i did notice this course all my recorded timers from a dvb-t channel where failed.

Both errors are probably not related.
But regarding the streaming error, could you perhaps add a

print s

on line 27 of python/Components/Converter/Streaming.py?

(I don't have anything to run the old webif on, so for me it's a bit hard to investigate this)
