Several recent changes for Sky UK:
1_0_1_D084_90A_2_11A0000_0_0_0 - True Entertainment +1 has been changed to True Drama. The schedule is now different.
Sky Showcase HD has now moved to: 1_0_19_F47_7F7_2_11A0000_0_0_0
Sky Sports 2 HD is now here: 1_0_19_F26_7F1_2_11A0000_0_0_0

There is one more new channel which, I think, has replaced Blighty: 1_0_1_197A_7D6_2_11A0000_0_0_0
The new channel is called Drama.

Seems like a generic problem, I have a lot of other channels (half the SKY movies ones for example) that only have EPG for the 2 or three programs this evening..
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Not 100% yet. I've got titles again for all but SKY 007 (as you said), but no descriptions, anywhere. Just things like: [Drama] The Sins of the Father (Ep. 3/10. series 10).
Just restarted, deleted the epg.dat to be sure, and ran a manual import, which imported just over 101.000 entries. No difference.

Just did a quick check, and I seem to have descriptions in the UK package now. But none for the Benelux channels.
I noticed on the download mirror that I run that I only got 9Mb of data in from Rytec this morning, usually that's around 40Mb. So it seems something is missing somewhere...
