I've just setup "OpenPLi-TWIN_PROTOCOL_By Ousama.img" on my dreambox s500 and i would like to know how to activate twinProtocol option in order to use it with my microbox dongle...

As pieterg already said: we don't know. You should ask one Ousama, who seems to be the creator of that image. Its not ours.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
