Also I checked TV3 and it should have epg and the link is in the file:

So you may have another problem:
Your use of Crossepg. It is know this one creates some problems.
First you can try using in Crossepg the XMLTV files intead of the XEPGDB files.
But still better use the XMLTV importer. And import only the swedish epg and check again.
