I am trying to view IP TV from my ISP provider (freebox). Is there a howto or some help available?

I cannot find one, but I see in this forum that it seems to exist.

Every IP TV services works differently. It may not even be possible on your STB. There is no one-fits-all-solution.

Do you know  1 IPTV or more working, or one tutorial somewhere? Maybe I could adapt the solution to my own problem ?

I know a little about that, I have a .m3u which contains flows:

And I success read it with VLC on my computer, but I do not success on the dreambox.

Then probably they're using the wmv codec, which is not supported on all receivers. Use VLC to find out what container and codecs are used.

Well, I think that it is not the first problem, as I know to convert the received RTSP stream to any usual  format (MPEG1 or 2) stream, using VLC, but I do not know what to do then ? From various posts, It seems that userbouquet can be used, but my question is how to display a MPEG1 or MPEG2 stream coming from VLC (or not...). If I success, I may look for a direct stream in rtsp: protocol if it is possible, but the 1rst problem is to display a simple  stream.

It should be possible to play rtsp streams this way, if the codecs match.

I don't think that youtube:// syntax is valid. Unless there is a special GStreamer plugin installed to handle those links.

Haha LOL, you are so right. I didn't spot that at all! This is something I copied from an existing bouquet I don't know it's origin from. So yes, please forget the "youtube:" entries

I have tried to add this line :

in my bouquet but thee entry is ignored.;

Suad in other words, if I suppress the entry, the bouquet is displayed exactly indentical.

1-Is there a documetations somewhere to check all the parameters of  the #SERVICE line ?

2- Maybe the service shold be too described somwhere else?

Remote streaming urls should be of the "4097" type, UNLESS they carry a transport stream exactly compliant to DVB-S (i.e. a stream from a remote enigma receiver).

Mmm, what is sure is that if I replace the 1 with 4097, the service is no more avialable, that is it does not appear in the bouquet....
