problem with mkv

i have  problems with mkv files on et-9000. after some minutes stop working. is it a general problem or mine?

Please update your receiver - there have been some changes to solve such problems in the last time.


Most problems can be solved simply by a closer look.

i have change the image with yesteday pli but the problem is the same. after some moments the mkv files stop working.not green skreen only freeze.

Do you use srt subtitle files? Can you try without subtitles?

you have right. when i remove the srt mkv files works as i have see until now. i hope in a solution.

Same problem with vu+ duo. I get out of memory errors about 15 or 20 min from start playing and then the receiver reboots. I have to switch to BH image to solve the problem for now.
