When you buy a VU+ Solo2 you'll have to do with a very limited "Easy Setup Guide".

This setup guide only covers the connecting of the receiver and the first time installation.

 

For further information you'll have to use the Plugin -> Opera Web Browser -> Tools -> Bookmark -> User manual, but thats only available on the Original Image (I think) and who is using the Original Image, the first thing I did was flash Openpli, so no access to the user manual anymore.

 

Because there's also a programmable remote control supplied with the receiver it might be useful to know how to program it but this isn't handled in the "Easy Setup Guide".

 

I found the Solo2 user manual and adjusted it a little, e.g. the TV brand list with the program codes.

OK, I downloaded this manual. It indeed gives  some general info, but naturally the menus are not the same as for the OpenPli software.

Is there also a manual for the OpenPli  3.0 software?

Unzip the files to /usr/local/manual  , open the browser, navigate to Tools --> Bookmark --> User Manual

the file is in /usr/share/local/manual, but i see only blanc screen, what im doing wrong?

I open operabrowser, navigate to Tools --> Bookmark --> User Manual, open the manual and get blanc screen nothing more.

Ok, now it works, as you wrote it should be/usr/local/manual not
 /usr/share/local/manual
