Hi all just got my duo2 and selected pli to my new image but i cant get my hdd to work, see picture.

Installed BH and formated, then it works in pli

It seems the image has the wrong version of mkfs.ext4 installed.
Probably this is the version from busybox, where the full version from the feed is needed for the extra options.

OpenPli 3.0 came with mke2fs version 1.42.1, while OpenPLi 4 is equipped with 1.42.8. Both install "full" versions.
I just tried with a USB stick and it was formatted just fine.

It appears mkfs.ext4 is broken:
root@vuduo2:~# mkfs.ext4 -C 262144 -O bigalloc -T largefile -O sparse_super -m0 -O dir_ index /dev/sda1 mke2fs 1.42.8 (20-Jun-2013) mkfs.ext4: specifying a cluster size requires the bigalloc feature root@vuduo2:~#

Should be fixed tomorrow, mkfs commandline parsing seems to have deteriorated.

solved it
Installed BH and formated, then it works in pli
By the way, I strongly recommend initializing it (again) in OpenPLi. It uses settings that have proven to be quite optimal for storing recordings. Most distributions will format the disk for "desktop" use.
