My XTrend9500 is behaving very strangely: when I put the motor of my dish to zero I can receive transmitters on Sirius 4.8E as expected (+/- 80% SNR). However when I go to the menu "postioner setup" no signal reception at all is shown i.e. SNR=0 en BER=0

With gotoX in "the positioner setup menu" I can also go to 23.5E and there I also have good reception, however when going in the "positioner setup menu"  again no signal reception is shown i.e. SNR=0 en BER=0.

I only can navigate the motor using the gotoX menu in "the positioner setup menu". However zapping from one channel on position 4.8 to e.g. 23.5 does not make the motor move.

I already tried resetting the motor at position zero but that didn't help.

What's going on here and how to solve it?

thanks in advance

jean

Reflashed the XTrend and now everything is working again like it should...
