Look at what I said:

Yesterday night I turned into standby my ET10000 , last channel was CNN HD (28 east).

Today I turn it on, and .....      attachicon.giftbs5925_fail.jpg

I look at the config, attachicon.giftbs5925_fail2.jpg   and it's there.

I restart enigma, and everything is ok.   attachicon.giftbs5925_fail_ok.jpg

Is normal this behaviour ?

Yes. Normal behavior for this device using enigma2. My work around solution to fix this issue is to set the start-up to a different channel that Is Not TBS5925.

You can use Technisat Skystar USB HD (not the one with the CI). It has drivers in Linux since 2.6.39!

Another option is Gigablue with their pluggable tuner, drivers with MIS/PLS not public yet (available only for testers).

In 2017 more will come... (eg with s2x tuner you get bonus apsk + mis/pls)

For Xtrend boxes (et10k, et8k, et8500 and et7x00) patch is already applied. Download drivers from feed.
For other boxes you need to build your own image. You cannot put the patch on the box. That's won't work so easy.

I have ET9500 is this supported?

Thank you

Patches were also added to old Xtrend boxes like et9500. But if it really works, I don't know.

Use ATV it has astra-sm on the feeds.

PS. You do not need special tuner from TBS to lock on those frequencies, any S2 tuner will do.

There is no OpenPLi for a DM7080.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Hello,

I'm trying to lock on the two PLS COMBO transponders in Hispasat. I'm using the TBS5925 and SDG experimental image but no luck so far. I could swear I already locked 11491 V with PLS code 2388 COMBO in the past, but I can't figure out what I'm doing different this time.

Has anyone had any success with PLS Combo?

Welcome,

Does the TBS 5925 currently work on the AX/Mut@nt HD51 (ARM based CPU)?

Do the current images have the driver incorporated in the kernel or do I need some specific one?

So I installed the latest version of OpenPLI for the Vuo Duo 4K.

In the plugins i installed the drivers for the TBS-5925 USB but somehow it does not detect the tuner.

Do I need to do anything manually to make the receiver detect this card?

Thanks.....

You need to patch kernel for TBS support.

Check OE-A it might have patches ready.

Then you need to create a PR on Vu plus GitHub.

Otherwise, learn git and how to build kernel using OE.

I am not sure if I can get this to work on OpenPLI.... the funny part is that it works on OpenATV...

You would think that if it is in one image it can easily applied to OpenPLI... maybe not ..

Please someone help us to get the TBS-5925 working on OpenPLI .... the vu receiver lacks the ability to decode ACM and 16APSK channels ... TBS 5925 makes this receiver very powerful ...
