These days I tried to flash my 7025 +, after several trials and after consulting this forum I succeeded.

 

I have found great difficulty using images from June onwards. For example, the plugin cfboot not work!

Luckly for me I have an image dated late May.

In this image I point the absence of the plugin Openwebif.

I put the setting, the emu, the plugin nfibackup and cfboot.

I was able to boot via cf, here works,  following this:

I made a backup!

I upgraded online, but 7025 crash at boot. 

I installed backup done before and with my surprise my 7025 is OK  with correct firmware update and plugin Openwebif too!

 

I thank MiLo and all staff OpenPli to have not forgotten our beloved 7025.

I reported my experience to help who find my problems with the 7025.  

I end with a question. I read:

The plugin makes a copy of the root filesystem onto the CF card. The kernel remains in flash (4MB in the "boot" partition).

 

When I make the nfibackup what I memorize? The root of the sd and flash the kernel? Can anyone explicate about this?

I made backup of CF card and I think it is quite enough. I clone CF card to other same card on PC and made backup image file too in same time.
To restore system it is possible to install (any) image with CFboot and then setup booting from the backup card. Then I have all my settings and plugins available.

My problem is that 7025 sometimes freeze at all, include time on display. I must reboot twice or more time to restore box. When I try to restart the box if working then it boot normally.

Looks like AutoBackup plugin not suitible for this CFboot configuration - it sometimes freezing on backup start.
NFIbackup did not do usable results too as backup tool.
It is my experince.
