Why cannot I connect via ftp in openpli 4

when I use openpli 4 dated OpenPLi-4.0-beta-et9x00-20130902_usb I can use ftp ok but when i update to latest version I cannot connect via ftp only via telnet

telnet....passwd....enter a pw of your choice...then log in  with this...ok

Telnet this

mv -f /etc/vsftpd.conf-opkg /etc/vsftpd.conf

 

or reflash latest update then telnet passwd

when i telnet iget this

mv: can't rename '/etc/vsftpd.conf-opkg': No such file or directory

Are you entering correctly....note the spaces.   ....
