OpenPli 3.0 have problem with ukrain channel from 4.9e and 31.5e other satellites where is ukrain channels I not test. If load EPG all finished but that open channel bouquets or channel I not see EPG or if is, not full...

With OpenPli 2.1 not this problem, EPG loaded and displayed fully

All true! The EPG on OPEL 3.0 does not work properly on some packages such as Lybid.tv - Eutelsat 36°E!!

Rytec has no support for the Ukrain channels.  So I cannot comment on this observation.

If you load EPG with EPGimport, the source is from somebody else.

I have plugin where russian guys fix ukrain and tricolor channels. With openpli 2.1 all works fine but with Openpli 3.0 not

The XMLTV plug-in has not changed from the 2.1 version to the 3.0 version of OpenPli.

So it is a mystery why this is happening.

I will move this thread to the end-user thread (english speaking)  since this is not a problem of the rytec source but a general problem.
