Hi ive tried to record after the tuner is turned off.
working fine with the recoring itself. but only 5-8 minutes in the beginning is view able. everything after that is not possible to see. set the harddrive to never in standby. using the lates nightly build
help anyone ??
also tried o convert from ext3 to ext 4 but cant cause hdd drive is busy. gets error msg on this tooo

First restart to make sure no processes are using the harddisk, then run the disk check.
If that still doesn't work, do e2fsck from telnet/ssh while enigma isn't runnig, I've written a walk-through somewhere, please use the search function.

hi got the harddrive to work, but still the recording stops after 8min into the recording. the filesize is 3.45gb should be more than 8min of recording. anything else I can do ??
converted the harddrive to ext4 no changes after that.
It worked great with my old Vu duo Image "OpenPLi-2.1-beta-vuduo-20120421_usb"
my device is some years old.

check if it's full
check the integrity (e2fsck)
check the health (smartmontools)
all of which have been explained in other topics.
