Hi,

Can you please have a look at Game One (Hotbird 13.0E 12692 H 27500 3/4 8PSK) (scrambled), it seems to have troubles with sound on the Xtrend ET-9000.

Sometimes when you zap on this channel no sound, if you stand-by on this channel and start up the Xtrend you have sound, then zap to other channel and come back sometimes we have sound sometimes we don't.

(I don't have this bug on the VU+ Duo²).

Can somebody also check the channel:  TV8 Mont Blanc (Hotbird 13.0E 12692 H 27500 3/4 8PSK) (FTA), I cannot get any sound neither on the Xtrend ET-9000 nor on the VU+ Duo².

Thanks,

Pr2

Hi,

Doing some more testing on Game One, this seems to be a problem with the AV sync

Playing with manual audio sync (yellow - blue) decreasing the audio to -100 ms I have the sound back.

Is this an Openpli bug, a driver bug or a provider bug?

hello Pr2

I tested both channels on 13E and I did not encounter a problem of his. I try to zap several times and no problem.
I have checked the channels. I tested XP1000 (single tuner) and OpenPLi 3.0

Hi,

Yesterday I found the same problems.

it was a temporary bug during the broadcast yesterday, which was set in the evening.

But there is a problem with the FTA channel LCM "la chaine du futur" on 5w 12690V 27500 3/4.

Hi,

Do you mean that problem is back now? I just try now and I have the sound.

The way I fix it on this channel the first time is already explained:

Playing with manual audio sync (yellow - blue) decreasing the audio to -100 ms I have the sound back.

Hi,

I confirm, there are no sound on TV8 Mont Blanc (Hotbird 13.0E 12692 H 27500 3/4 8PSK).

The sound is present on TV8 Mont Blanc (Astra 19.2E 12551.5 V 22000 5/6 QPSK).

Manu
