Using Vu duo (old Kernel), but nothing to dwl from servers or upgrades to be found. Only need to get ccam ipk file to get a picture

or in anyother way to get softcam to work. no update reciving in vu duo image ?

You can always download CCcam yourself. There are many how-to's on how to do that (+ install).
* Wavefrontier T90 with 28E/23E/19E/13E via SCR switches 2 x 2 x 6 user bands
