The different satellites at that position have different beams, so it will be selective. But it is already clear that more channels are moving to the UK spot beam, so more difficult to receive in mainland Europe.
And Astra 2E was only launched on september 29th, and not operational yet, so I expect more to come. Once operational it is going to replace 1N, which is going to be moved to 19.2.
My guess is that the current moves are to make room so that not everything from 1N has to move to 2E and/or the UK spot beam.
