there is more information.
its says my usb is full and i did format it and its empty.
i try with another USB and its says same think 
i think now we need bug fix

What I meant was, you're giving absolutely no information whatsoever, except just "it doesn't work".
I figured that if you saw smoke coming out, then I may know what the problem is. If not, it's something else and we should investigate that.
For starters, tell us what you tried to do, and what you expected would happen. If you get error messages, post them exactly as you got them. Without exact messages, I cannot help you.

well my friend i try reccord and then i try go to pvr but then i see dm800se cant read my usb ( it reconize and my usb flash the light)
also i try 2 other usb but nothing happend my friend, it cant read my usb stick
i have yesterday make buck up my flash and usb works fine also reccording also working yesterday.
after today updating then comes this problem

if you want to record on USB, did you set the recording location to /media/usb? Otherwise you're trying to record in flash...

Which format type do you use to format your external USB?
You should format it in FAT32 or ext3 in order to use it properly in your STB.
Remove the USB stick
connect it back and display the result of dmesg command.

flashed with newst openpli and now usb works again.
