Long filenames -> recording don't start

Hi,

 

if you choose "Long filenames" for menu entry "Composition of the recording filenames", the filename contains the hole description. For e.g. RTL (germany) filename is then longer than 400 characters. Ext4 supports only 255 character long filenames.

Attached is a patch to cut filename after 255 (to be exact 247 because of .ts.meta) chars.

The current Version of Open Pli 3 and 4 still needs to be patched.
