please could someone explain how this plugin works and if it is available, also i would like to say hi to everyone at openpli forum and thank for alowing me

I am quite sure that gstreamer is installed but it is not able to handle all kind of files like VP6 for instance. What is the exact error message.

Gstreamer says this because you're trying to play a movie that the STB doesn't support, period. You cannot install codecs etc.
