Hi,
I need to install the following plugin in my VU+ Duo:
enigma2-plugin-extensions-nktvplayer_0.49_mipsel.ipk
What i need to do to install it?
I've tried to put it in temp dir but after i don't know how to install it.
Can anyone help me in this matter?

In telnet

In "Main Menu / Plugins / Software management / Install local extension"
then choose the location of your file.

Just put it on the root of an usb stick and plug it in.
When it is working we prefer to locate the sources. When they cannot be found it csn be considered to put them on our feeds as 3rd party plugin.
Hello, I have a problem installing a plugin.
I formatted the USB key in FAT32, installed the IPK extension.
Inserted into the decoder, the key is recognized, when I want to open it, I get a message telling me that there is nothing on the key.
If you can help me in advance thank you.

Chances are the ipk doesn't have a valid filename. So it is not detected as valid, you can only try installing it on the commandline, and even then it might fail if the build arch is not correct.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Install the software manager first. This was removed in 8.3
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Of course... the best and fastest way is to place the IPK-file on a USB stick. Then insert it into the set-top box. Then, in the GUI MENU, search for the installation of the IPK package from the USB key.
But... if the software manager is not available as @Frenske writes, then that is bad. It needs to be installed (you can find it among all available plugins) :-).
IPK can be installed even after connecting via a terminal. However, you need basic IT experience for that.
For terminal connection with the set-top box, you can use PuTTY application for PC. Enter the IP address of your set-top box (this can also be found via the GUI MENU, in the network information). Choose a terminal connection - via the "other: Telnet" protocol. When you connect to the set-to box, the login name is root and the password is empty (just press enter). There you can use the package manager:
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
Or with the exact filename, which is a much safer ipk installation step from a security point of view:
opkg install /tmp/YOUR-FILE-NAME.ipk
Then reboot the set-top box if necessary. Or use the reboot command in a terminal. Or use the Enigma2 quick-reboot: init 4; sleep 5; init 3

In 9.0 it is part of hotplug, so the softwaremanager is no longer needed for this.

Afaik that won't work on 9.0 anyway, CoolTVGuide is pyhton 2.
