This is a so-called segfault ("segmentation fault").
It's very hard to track down such an error. This is during booting?
* Wavefrontier T90 with 28E/23E/19E/13E via SCR switches 2 x 2 x 6 user bands
I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.

Sorry. Yes it is. This one is the first of the green screens. Could it possibly be related that since this is a clean flash on DM 800 HD, there's no flash expander yet installed?
Strange thing is though that all is working just beautifully until and only UNTIL the machine once shuts down or reboots. Then this green hell starts. I've been spending days with this and would appreciate your help.

What is it with the 12V? Any possibility the once burned down adapter is to fault? Hard to imagine due to circumstances.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I have an identical issue with my Solo² after I've updated my satreceiver today with the
- I can succesfully flash the box, everything boots up and I can browse my TV channels. Everything works..
BUT
if I restart enigma, or do a complete reboot,... my receiver is stuck at bootup. My box says 'starting...' Power switching.... nothing helps.
Other images work perfect, so it must be an OpenPLI thing

No absolutely not, a flash expander will even make things worse.
I am afraid you have same hardware issue. It's a good idea to measure the input voltage (12V) indeed.

Try to change the Big Capacitators near the SCART in the mainboard, then check all other Caps.
Or try to remove the tuner, then power up and see how it goes.
One off this should fix your 800HD problem.

Tonight I realized the adapter may be to blame. My power supply shows 12V 24W 2A (!).
I checked the dream box for genuinity and it is a thankfully a genuine dreambox according to the website.
