Download It From http://www.filehippo.com/download_jre/ (Windows)

You Need To Install 1.7.x Versions

After Installing JRE Just Run windows-run.bat

Still In Development !

it's based on the sources of Ipk Packager and jpkg-webos but with so many changes

windows-run.bat is for Windows but as you know you can run a jar file in any operating system (Mac OS , linux , ...) because it's Java

i did compile it with Java 7 so you need JRE 1.7.x

enjoy creating ipk files

"any", "arm" and "armv7a-vfp" architectures added

"priority", "section", "conflicts", "replaces", "source", "homepage", "license", "oe" fields added

unneeded settings removed

faster than before and more compatible with enigma2 packages

full size by default, layout fixes/updates

fix "-" in version, now you can have -r1 for example

clean and rebuild using JDK 7u45

I would like to make an IPK from a settingslist.

 

I have Installed: JRE (Java Runtime Environment) Not Open JDK 
I can run: windows-run.bat
IPK Creator 4.0 program is started :-)

On my Harddisk I have made the Folder structure (in my case c:\etc\Enigma2)
At ‘Folder’ (in the IPK Creator) I select this File structure (“c:\etc\Enigma2)”.
 

Then I push on the Button “Create IPK File” but noting happens.

*) Via I see that there should be open a selecting field where to save the IPK file.

Can someone explain me what I am doing wrong?

I would like to make IPK from a settingslist in Enigma2.
I use the ‘Simpel’ method from the screenshots.

 

Step 1 and 2: See picture 1

Step 3: see picture 3

Step 4: see picture 4
Note: At  ‘Architector’ I have tried all options

When I psuh afterwards on the button “ Create IPK File” is see a short reaction from that button but nothing happens further (there is not opening a field where I can pointing where to save the IPK).

 

Also I cannot find the made IPK on my computer.

 

What doing I wrong?

Perhaps you need to make a folder before etc/ just like in the examples, so on your C drive you make a folder named settings, in that folder a folder etc and finally a folder enigma2, so creating the path c:\settings\etc\enigma2

Like in picture 2 you choose the folder settings as start point

Should be the cause of this problem the differences between Windows 7 and 8?

I work to control / button "Create IPK file", you have to write something or just an empty space in the fields: Homepage: | License: | OE: 

 

or in the control file, created for the package, always add these three values:

Version 4 is now working based on your explanation.   

Especially the figure with "All the essential data" make this more clear for me.

I used now also the " * " option in empty fields.

Now I will start with the experiment how to get an IPK from a settingslist.
Any advice is welcome.
