The channel already is grabbed. However it was linked to a different service ref.
(different transponder).
Added this service ref to the channels file.

There must be something wrong.
On the receiver with OpenPLi 4:
Perform on import, and request the import.log (see our FAQ's on how to request the log)
Are the namespaces in the service refs correct? For these the namespaces should be 5A0000) Are they? Or are they 5C0000
In order to check this, look at the userbouqet files in /etc/eningma2
SERVICE 4097:0:1:459:1:AA:5A0000:0:0:0 means you are importing EPG for IPTV channels via the normal service ref of the sat channels.
This only works if the channels exist in lamedb.
If you have access to the 9E sat (you do not need a subscription for this), simply scan this sat for channels. This will fill the lamedb.
If you do not have access to this sat, get hold of a lamedb which contain the sat channels. Either install a recent settinglist for 9E.
Or use the lamedb you have in the receiver with OpenPLi 3.0
Willy
PS: I cannot provide you with a lamedb for 9E (no access to this sat)

This website only gives a 1 day schedule. So no good.
Willy
Edit: It has more days, but needs study - it is not straight forward
