Hi! Is the Rytec EPG down? It's the second day that there is no EPG for any channel!

There are 5 servers, so that is quite unlikely.

Grab ran normally this morning.

Uploads, I can not see any abnormalities.

All 5 servers are updated this morning.

Ok! This is so weird because neither "IPTV" nor "Perfect Player" apps of my Android box show EPG. Same happens to another friend who uses another IPTV list and Rytec EPG. I can't figure out the reason. I hope it will be fixed soon, whatever causes it!

Perhaps you are one of the 500.000 hits my server gets a day that I block, I don't want to spend my bandwidth on android boxes and illegal IPTV subscriptions.

Servers cahnge sometimes, and get a new new name.  On enigma2 systems this is not a problem.  There are 5 servers.  And the sources list is updated when an update of the system is run.

 

On Kodi and Android systems there are still many ill configured machines around which download a bunch of XMLTV files each time they switch channel.  Resulting in massive overload of the download servers.  No wonder we do not like them and actively block them.

 

Let the writes of the Kodi and Android systems clean up their software first.
