So, who's working on the schwerkraft git?

Aren't these changes going to be merged with OpenPLI?

We cloned that schwerkraft a long time ago. A lot of those plugins are currenlty licensed dmm use only...

Open ATV is not PLi; it's PLi based with a lot of amendments.

Ter info

The drivers can be updated self without any problem if you make own build.

For the dream8000 the gst-plugin-dvbmediasink is not used. There gst-plugin-dreambox-dvbmediasink  is used and that is just updated.

Aternatively , on the dm8000 wma does play (only up to version 8) If you install gst-ffmpeg, and perfect . Asf I do not know. Guess that indeed for asf it will be to heavy trough software decoding.

Whit my experiments using gstreamer1.0 gst-ffmpeg is to heavy on dm8000.

Just test it it self.

updated my pli4 git to master off 22032014 07:30 am.

then updated the dvbmodules drivers to 20140314 drivers adapted the revision gst-plugin-dreambox-dvbmediasink (not shure this last is needed as i did not changed bb file rev self. and the dvbmediasink is stated as autorev for the schwerkcraft dvbmediasink by open dream they well set it 16 )

Reflashed my box.

Wma does work perfect now whitout gst-ffmpeg plugin.

Added the git patch with this message.

Thank's Mirakels to add the latest drivers to git.

To be shure I once rebuild the full dm8000 from scratch as it is in master now. reflashed dm8000.

wma does work perfect now. :)  (without gst-ffmpeg). Decoding by hardware.

asf or wma version higher then 8.0 not tested by me but I guess they will run fine like it is now.
