cannot play videos

hi to all,

i have an ET6500 and the latest opepli 3, but when i am trying to open an video file either from usb, or hd openpli crash and an green screen appears.

 

it does not matter video format, because i am also trying youtube video but still crashes.

 

Any idea?

Long story short: flash new image, updating won't help. As the support for OpenPLi 3.0 stopped, I'd suggest you go to OpenPLi 4 instead.

I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.

ok, i flash to open-pli4 but now when i press the "Portal" button of my remote nothing happens. where can i download the plugin?

A few days ago I upgraded the plugin and it has a different name. Something with hbbtv...

Do you mean the plugin et-portal ?

You can download it from the plugin list by pressing menu-plugins-extensions-et-portal.

yes i did that but error message appears :

"satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for enigma2-plugin=extensions-te-portal":

Things from openpli 4.0 team policy seemed to have changed lately.

For now, try to install at first from Xtrend the webbrowser "enigma2-plugin-extensions-et-webbrowser_2.0.0-r0_et6x00.ipk"

And then "etportal".

By the way openpli cannot be blamed for this.
