Hello I am a newbie and I have forgot the password to my setup DM-500S does anyone know if there is a master password available I am on software version 1.9. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
if you changed your password you have a problem. There is no password which opens a backdoor. dreambox is the default when you did not change it.

You can download the reset password plugin from the feed.
