Just like my ct9100:

Upgrading dbus-1 on root from 1.6.10-r6.0 to 1.6.18-r0...
Downloading http://downloads.pli-images.org/feeds/openpli-4/mips32el/dbus-1_1.6.18-r0_mips32el.ipk.

Downloading http://downloads.pli-images.org/feeds/openpli-4/mips32el/initscripts-functions_1.0-r144_mips32el.ipk.
Not upgrading package enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgrefresh which is marked hold (flags=0x2).
Upgrading rpcbind on root from 0.2.0-r4 to 0.2.1-r0...
Downloading http://downloads.pli-images.org/feeds/openpli-4/mips32el/rpcbind_0.2.1-r0_mips32el.ipk.
Installing initscripts-functions (1.0-r144) to root...

More info on:

root@vuduo2:~# opkg list_installed *initscripts*
initscripts - 1.0-r144
modutils-initscripts - 1.0-r6
root@vuduo2:~# opkg files modutils-initscripts | grep initscripts

Package modutils-initscripts (1.0-r6) is installed on root and has the following files:
root@vuduo2:~# opkg files initscripts | grep initscripts

Package initscripts (1.0-r144) is installed on root and has the following files:
/etc/init.d/functions.initscripts

The same file is provided by both initscripts and initscripts-functions

and both files are identical.

No new image since 18.01. Reflash will not help then.

Yes it will work (I did it yesterday actually) but it is not a fix.

Excellent

It's broken in the upgrade path from OE-core. It doesn't do any harm, so the proposed "--force-overwrite" will get rid of the message. It can only really be fixed by re-flashing the box.

Thank you. The problem with reflashing is that there is no image for duo2 since 18.01
