I have problems with OpenPLI-4.0 on a VU+ Solo and VU+ Duo.

Both tuners works with this image until the tuner are rebooted. Then it hangs at the start picture.

OpenPLI 2.0, VTI and Black Hole works on these two tuners.

Can someone help me with this problem? Are there any log that can be checked?

What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Many thanks

How long? Maybe it needs to finish some setup. It can also be that the startup is already finished, but there is no picture from the tuner yet. Please press a key on the remote (like arrow up) to check that.

The tuner starts and shows the Winter Picture. It can do this for many hours. Every fifth minutes two gear wheel show up in the right corner and disappears. If I press the remote control, the led on the box only blinks and nothing happens.

Telnet into the box, and type the 'dmesg' command to see what the box is busy with?

Somewhere else in the forum someone wrote that menu language had something to do with the freezes, i will try a different language when i find out how to autobackup.(Too much work to make the favorites over again :) )  Now i use Norwegian bokmål as language.

My Solo2 does not work with Norwegian language, the box freezes. Works fine with English language :)  (Menu languages). Something to do with special letters, Æ ø å ?
