On which orbital is this channel?
I found something here called Videos (it's version 3.10.1, from the Totem guys), is that the same player?
On 4.8E SES 5.. Astra 4A

looks that streaming / recording of this channel is not possible on vu+ boxes /only?/ for now,
until service provider or box manufacturer (or both) fix something...

Can't test that here, my LNB for 4.8 has bought it (very weak), and I don't really use it anymore since The Tonight Show feed is no longer using 4.8E.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

OK.
I have found out that is not true. Today I install Black Hole on my Vu+ Duo2 and then is no problem at all to see, record or stream Histroy Channel HD. I not even hang my tuner. Everything seems work well.
So this problem are related to OpenPli.

Work well with Black Hole. Problem related with OpenPli and has nothing to do with the channel or the tuner. I have Watch, record, and stream the channel from Black Hole. No problem at all. No tuner hang.

I have tried to sream History Channel HD even from Vu+ Duo2 Stock firmware, and it's work without any problem, and no tuner hanging.
So it's work both in Back Hole and Vu+ Duo2 Stock firmware. But not with OpenPli
Are this something you will look at ?
