Hi,

Today I installed OpenPli 4.0 (newest version) for VU+ Duo 2. Not much experience with OpenPli image. It looks great but I can not find satloader plugin. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What is this plugin supposed to do? I am not familiar with it.

Maybe something to load a provider's channel list, like FastScan? Or maybe something less legal to download media  ;)

It is to create a satellites.xml with the choice of different providers such as lyngsat, kingofsat etc.

Here's a little movie

If the source is public, I guess we'd like to include it.

On the other hand, what is missing in our satellites.xml, maybe better to fix that...

I agree: I feel too often one is tempted to install additional plugins without knowing them and being sure it is really required: I have done it as well, it consumes memory, may create crash, etc..

My simple advise to beginners is to install only what is recommended on this forum by experienced users to avoid disappointments which can be very frustrating if you dont have a lot of experience to fix issues. If you are not afraid of a potential crash and like experience to learn it is then ok, but not everybody is ready for that !

Just my one cent !
