hi to everyone!

I don't know if this is the right place to ask for help

after I updated the pli image my hard drive stop working.

the hard drive is shows on the menu but don't work I try to formatting but only says timeout and can't do anything

please can anyone help me

Reboot. The press the "record" button. That should tell you if the disk is up and running.

Note that formatting erased it. completely.

I have tried on the second box and is the same problem

when I go to record button it says "no hdd found or hdd not initialized"

and before was working  do you know how to solve this?

Try to install the openpli4 version from Februari 23th or earlier.

I hope you don't use TSPanel?

it was this version that I had I just did the update and  the hard drive stop working

it must be a software problem, should I wait for the new version or go back to older version and don't do updates anymore?

Maybe your harddisk is broken?

Nothing changed in software. Harddisks still working just fine in thousands of other boxes.

i don't have the tspanel on my box but i tried install it  and give me an error  after that i updated the software and the hard drive stop working and i thought that the problem was because of the update but is not, it must be because of the tspanel that i tried to install.

what should i do now put a new image or there are any other way to solve this?

that is why we asked you if you are using tspanel.

deinstall tspanel, you also have to flash the box to completely remove that thing from the box.

and a big thanks to Miguel Serra  he told me to put the tspanel again and remove manually

and the boxes are working 100% now I can record and I can play
