the link is wrong there is a "." should be http://downloads.pli...32_mips32el.ipk

What do you get when you type "wget"?

ye because i tried to install busybox from software management and restarted but it wouldnt boot so...

The package system uses wget to fetch packages, but wget is a part of busybox, so you have an endless loop problem.

flashed an old build lol but yet telnet is working

 

upgrading now lets see what happens

after i install opkg install streamproxy and reboots 

 

telnet is gone so for this to work you need to flash the newest build first or else telnet is fucked up.

If wget works, busybox is okay, so if it doesn't work, there is a different cause. Try again killall -HUP inetd.

Killall is also a busybox applet.

 

I wonder how you manage to get busybox in such a state every time.

i really dont know i update regularly from the ui thats about it.

 

Busybox gets messed up when i manually install 

 

opkg install streamproxy 

and reboot

But if you flash, you don't need to install streamproxy manually.

because i flashed an old backup not the latest.

Then your "backup" is corrupt. I really cannot recommend saving complete images, you're probably better off backing up the settings only, it seems there are some plugins for that.
