The online update of today (4-4-2014) for the ET8000 results in a no booting ET8000.

The display hangs with the text ET8000.

 

Only restoring a back-up resolved the problem.

I didn't try to flash a new image from today.

 

 

I saw that the kernel was updated to version 3.13.8

 

Do we need a new bootloader?

Also a fresh flash with today's image didn't boot

update worked fine here.

Well, actually this was from the local build before pushing the changes.

 

It seems the build server did not build the new kernel but did include the new drivers. Weird...

problem found... new images are being build.
