Dears,

I've just installed the latest PLI 2.1 image on my DM800HD

It works fine (a little bit slow in changing channels, but im fine with this), but the time

I decided to watch TV in my PC, n started up the webif page I found that there is no WEB-X-TV item on my new webif (open webif!)

Is it normal or there is something wrong?

 

I removed the openwebif from telnet terminal and installed norman webi interface, the WEB-X-TV is ok now, but I face some other errors with this old fassion webif!

What shoul I do?

In OpenWebif is not Web-x-TV, but there you can play TV from channels list - little TV icon (stream channel) right side on channel.

I dont know what was the concept for ommiting the web-x-tv item, because it was more convinient that clicking on each channel every time! Is it possible to bring it back?

may be, there could be added button for stream of current channel somewhere on top of openwebif...

nice Idea, n sure it will work , but the best is to add web-x-tv. it's not that hard and will satisfy the users who are used to that old fassioned system

I do not think, that Web-x-tv was so good idea and there was problems with some A/V settings too ...
