Hi my box showing this message NO CA FOUND,its A8P SIM IN side box what shall I do is this problem fixable and gow please guide me as I am basic user or this box is no good thank

Don't buy a clone box? We don't support clones here, so we can't help you here.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

No way you can complain to the guy who sold you a fake?
Either way, we can't help you here, clones need hacks and special software to bypass the security features (the SIM), and we don't have that or do that. That is was I wanted to say, nothing more.
