Your ET's remote can't switch the TV on and off? Most remotes can be switched between TV and STB (don't have a 4000, so not sure about that remote), and a Pana is a fairly popular TV.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

No, the ET4000 remote does not have this feature. I would have to buy an ET9200 RC for that.

Are the openPLi-3 packages, that were on the feed, somewhere available for manual download?

Not from our servers anymore.  What exactly are you looking for?

Xtrend just reported that nobody had reported this issue to them, so that is why it isn't fixed yet. They're going to look at it.

Thanks WanWizard, good to hear that.

Since it's quite an effort to set up openpli-3 without feed, I decided to switch to openpli-4, despite the HDMI problem.

I hope that Xtrend will idendify the problem and release a fix shortly...

We don't make images for an "optimuss os3+" at all, so there is no OpenPLi 3 either.

You are using another image, and the person that created is has used the name OpenPLi without the right to do so, for us that is an unsupported clone image. You will find the hardware we support and make images for on our homepage.
